Schwedenplatz,  Schiffsanlegestelle dock Vienna City, 1010 Vienna, access via ramp at Marienbrücke bridge (subway line U1, U4).

Landing stage Bratislava:
Rázusovo nábrežie, Ponton Huma 1, next to Nový most bridge directly at the Old Town.

Check in:
30 minutes before departure. Valid passport or a valid identity card recommended (EU citizens). Information about entry conditions for Non-EU citizens at the Consulate.

Easy access for people with disabilities. Please call in advance for wheelchair access.

Sky Gourmet Catering:
Snacks, drinks and souvenirs available on board.

No smoking aboard the ship.

Reservation changes 48 hours before departure at the latest for a fee of € 10,- per person.

Cancellation:
up to 48 hours before departure 50% cancellation fee, later 100% cancellation fee.

Self collection tickets: You receive your booking confirmation via e-mail. With this booking confirmation you can collect your tickets at the following points within the stated opening hours. Your tickets for the TWIN CITY LINER will be printed out and handed over to you at the self collection point.
